Description Floorman This position supports multiple departments in assisting the production floor in all areas of operations, equipment, materials and supplies in any way needed to maximize speed and production. Location: Onsite Cincinnati Assisting with Printing Operations: Setting up and loading materials for printing jobs, including paper, ink, and other supplies. Assisting with press setup, changeovers, and cleanup. Maintaining the Work Environment: Keeping the work area clean and organized. Maintaining and replenishing supplies and materials. Performing basic maintenance tasks on equipment as needed. Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to all safety rules and regulations. Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards. Other Duties: Assisting Feeder operator and finishing when needed. Receiving and processing work orders. Communicating with other team members and supervisors. Performing other duties as assigned.
