Floorman

This position supports multiple departments in assisting the production floor in all areas of operations, equipment, materials and supplies in any way needed to maximize speed and production.

Location: Onsite Cincinnati



  • Assisting with Printing Operations:



    • Setting up and loading materials for printing jobs, including paper, ink, and other supplies.




    • Assisting with press setup, changeovers, and cleanup.



  • Maintaining the Work Environment:



    • Keeping the work area clean and organized.




    • Maintaining and replenishing supplies and materials.




    • Performing basic maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.



  • Following Safety Protocols:



    • Adhering to all safety rules and regulations.




    • Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.




    • Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards.



  • Other Duties:



    • Assisting Feeder operator and finishing when needed.




    • Receiving and processing work orders.




    • Communicating with other team members and supervisors.




    • Performing other duties as assigned.
