Pay: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements: Candidates should be familiar with Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms, although this is not mandatory. Additionally, experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems for accurate and efficient data entry or inventory management systems, along with at least one year of previous experience, will be beneficial in excelling in this role. Job Duties: As an Ecommerce and Sales Support Specialist, your daily duties will include managing and processing Fulfillment by Amazon orders, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking. You will also handle returns and refunds while entering, updating, and managing data related to e-commerce sales orders in Sage 100, maintaining consistency and accuracy across both Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Plus platforms. Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email will be crucial as you address issues related to orders, products, and payments. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
