The Impact You'll Make
The Sr. Manager U.S. Benefits is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our benefits programs. This role directs the work of the U.S. benefits team (4 direct reports) and manages the full scope of U.S. benefits programs including health, retirement, leaves and disability. Ensures vendor partners are administering compliant programs according to performance and legal standards. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Benefits, this role is a key partner to HR and business leaders in executing Lam's Total Rewards philosophy. *Open to remote location and must be in Pacific or Mountain time zone (not available to California applicants). Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
