We are seeking a Content Manager to join the marketing campaign group for our financial services client. This role involves content management, execution, and publishing, but does not include writing. The team is responsible for creating disclosures for advertisements in branches and on ATMs.
Key Responsibilities: * Manage and execute content publishing tasks. * Learn and utilize branch applications as needed. * Build disclosures for customer offers (e.g., sign up for a new checking account and receive $300 cash). * Develop content using tools like SDL Tridion or other homegrown systems. * Test content in various applications. * Read, understand, and follow detailed documentation and step-by-step processes. Skills Required: * Process documentation * Content management * Quality assurance * Testing * Documentation process * Banking knowledge * Experience with content management systems *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.63 - $40.63/hr.
