Looking for a Telecommunications Technician to Join Our Team! Description: * Travel onsite to install and test phones. * Liaise between Customer and Customer partner person * Knowledge of and practical experience with telecommunications systems and technologies. * Understanding of PBX and low voltage wiring. * Implement devices at ten (10) TXWAC sites and five (5) OKTUL sites, including: * Deploy up to five hundred (500) phones at Customer's TXWAC sites and one hundred twenty (120) phones at Customer's OKTUL sites. * Rack and stack one (1) network switch per location, if needed. Top Skills: * Experience deploying Cisco or Avaya phone systems. * Experience troubleshooting and testing dial tones on phones. * Strong documentation and communication skills. * Ability to work with multiple POCs and support non-technical end users with adoption of the new phone systems. Skills: * Cisco or Avaya phone systems * VoIP * Cat 5 * Deployment Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Must be customer-facing/professional and able to work in a hospital/clinic setting. * Must be willing to travel to various client sites in both TX and OK. TEKsystems will pay for travel expenses/costs. Experience Level: * Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
