This Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead and create talent acquisition processes for our global teams, serving as a strategic advisor at the enterprise level to shape our recruitment strategies globally. You will collaborate with a team of advisors and business partners to develop processes and implement innovative talent sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.

Essential Functions

  • Organizes team, effectively communicates, outlines and drives the execution of the TA strategy.
  • Advises the business and TA team on best practices in TA strategy, programs, and processes.
  • Conducts root cause analysis and identifies solutions to foster continuous improvement in TA throughout the enterprise.
  • Partners with business and other TA teams on market and position strategies.
  • Leads TA system adaptations, developments, and support processes.
  • Assesses and identifies technology needs and lead implementation of identified technology.
  • Manages vendor relationships and ensures service level agreements are being met; works with vendors to identify new solutions for hard to fill positions.
  • Collaborates with related business departments to identify business skill gaps and advising on pipelining future talent needs.
  • Develops and leads peak planning and execution.
  • Researches market trends and reviews and identifies optimal future TA solutions.
  • Assesses system limitations and identifies potential solution.
  • Participates and acts as a subject matter expert on assigned projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years recruiting experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Ability to organize concepts or ideas in a logical manner and communicate them clearly and concisely.

Problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month Colorado Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,444.28/month New York Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,898.39/month New York City Pay Range: $8,225.20/month - $10,898.39/month

Additional Details: This position is a hybrid or remote option in the US or Canada. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Corporation location several times per week.
