Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to serve as the critical link between senior leadership and our global team of technical trainers within the Technical Training & Certification Program. In this high-impact role, you'll shape the future of the program by expanding its global reach, elevating our training offerings, and driving engagement with partners and customers across key markets worldwide.

You'll play a central role in defining the program's roadmap and long-term strategy while operationalizing it for scale. From evolving our training infrastructure to launching new initiatives, you'll help accelerate one of the fastest-growing areas of our business.

This role is well suited for a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into the work. Responsibilities:

  • Program Leader: Oversee program content & curriculum, development of new offerings, program growth, and executing strategic initiatives
  • Builder:Identify gaps, show initiative, and take ownership to build out the program and all relevant processes and documentation
  • Connector:Work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across departments e.g. channel sales, product, support, enablement, marketing, etc. and to key stakeholders e.g. Executive Chairman, VPs of Solutions Engineering, Channel Sales, Strategy and Operations, etc.
  • Technical Leader:Technical coach, mentor, and problem solver helping with technical strategy for the program
  • People Leader:Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team of technical trainers
  • Career Champion:Develop and grow the team's skillset through coaching, mentoring, and enablement
  • Travel Requirement:Up to 35%


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Program Training Strategy

    • Review, revise, and formalize a structured plan to improve the quality of our program end to end (content, delivery, systems, operations, processes, etc.)


  • Program Analytics and Impact

    • Work with program leaders and key stakeholders to further define and track program impact and KPIs
    • Design SFDC Dashboards and Reports to guide the program forward


  • Content & Curriculum

    • Oversee new certification development - from discovery to rollout
    • Conduct monthly reviews of all content
    • Own localization of all content - manage/coordinate updates for all international markets and languages


  • Drive collaboration with other Partner Technical Programs
  • Lead & Support Technical Trainings


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience with 3+ years of Technical Trainer/Solutions Engineering experience

    • Leadership experience preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Cybersecurity, IT Security or similar from an accredited university
  • Strong background inIT infrastructureandnetwork/securityfundamentals
  • Proven track record in leading high performing teams
  • Experience building out programs and driving high impact projects and initiatives
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic with excellent follow-up and follow-through

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
