With strong executive support and a focus on operational excellence, this position is key to driving transformation efforts and alignment across our organization. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Business Transformation to drive the successful implementation and adoption of key initiatives aimed at transforming our Legal Professionals business. You will work closely with colleagues from the Legal Innovation & Transformation office, as well as Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Commercial Excellence, to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and inspire our people. About the role: In this role as Senior Manager, Business Transformation, you will:
Support key cross-functional initiatives and key growth strategies for the Legal Professionals Transformation Office. Support the Transformation Office in executing strategic plans by leading the development of overall project plans for key initiatives and driving end to end delivery of project outcomes. Ensure clear alignment with centralized team(s) and represent pan-Legal Professional needs in prioritization with partner functions. Support Customer Advocacy and understand the interests of our customers. This will include activities such as providing customer feedback and insights to TR stakeholders. Identify and drive initiatives to achieve operational excellence across our organization. Help support the Transformation Office operational cadence, which may include helping prepare materials for meetings/workshops, analysis, reporting, and advisory activities. Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with functional partners across Thomson Reuters. Change management and communications planning.
About you: You're a fit for the role of Senior Manager, Business Transformation if your background includes:
BS/BA preferred, MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive commercial and/or operational experience, including implementation of cross-functional projects in a technology or matrix organizational environment. Ability to quickly understand intended outcomes and craft a project plan to accomplish those goals. Proven success and solid experience leading projects utilizing agile methodologies such as scrum, Kanban, lean or design thinking. Exceptional facilitation skills, including experience leading teams and influencing others to make critical decisions and move work forward. Relentless customer focus, working knowledge of how Thomson Reuters provides value for our customers. Presence and ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders. Can think both strategically and tactically, connecting the dots across strategic initiatives. Time management skills, including independent ownership to deliver excellent work and ability to progress work without detailed direction from others. Deep problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to identify the symptoms, root cause and human pain points of a business problem; then co-create with business partners to rapidly iterate towards the ideal solution. Change management skills, including communications planning and change readiness assessment. Persistence despite obstacles or setbacks. Flexibility in adjusting to new, different and rapidly changing business requirements and decisions. Conduct external best practices research and offer external perspective as part of problem-solving. Ability to challenge status quo.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
