The Senior Manager, Business Development & Marketing is a highly visible, hands-on, results-oriented position and will serve as the primary business development and marketing lead for the firm's Litigation Department. This individual will work closely with the Litigation Department Chair and Co-Chairs, practice group leaders, and other key attorneys in the department. This individual will lead all the litigation practices driving forward strategy, planning, and execution of business development and marketing initiatives. The Senior Manager will play an integral role in the Litigation Department by developing and executing focused business development and profile-raising programs that engage clients and drive revenue, including practice growth initiatives, client teams, client targeting, attorney coaching, and department profile-raising through a sector approach and the firm as a whole. This person will work closely with our entire Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) department, including marketing, business development, communications, research, and events teams to develop, deliver, and measure results of campaigns and programs with the practice. #LI-Hybrid Responsibilities Business Development and Strategy

Pursuant to the Illinois Equity Pay Act the salary range for this Chicago based position is between $160,700 - $241,100, to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the salary range for this Los Angeles based position is between $167,700 - $251,600 and to the New York City Human Rights Law and Washington DC Pay Transparency Act the salary range for the New York or Washington DC based position is between $174,900 - $262,400. These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
