*Job Description* * Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers and doctors * 30-40 calls each day * Confirming prescriptions * Answering questions about prescriptions * Entering prescriptions into database *Skills* Pharmacy, Cpht, Pharmacy technician certification, PTCB, Prior authorization, Retail pharmacy, Call center, Pharmacy support, customer service call center, outbound phone calls, Health care, Customer service, Pharmacy technician license *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Must have state of TN pharmacy technician license to be qualified * Comfortable handling phone calls * Strong customer service experience * Ability to work in a fast paced environment *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
