Job Description:
The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level position dedicated to supporting various channels within our organization. As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective processes that align with our business and customer service objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to maintain accurate records. * Initiate and manage third-party orders, including title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit checks, and more. * Review and validate loan documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Handle routine communications via calls, emails, and chat responses, providing excellent customer service. * Monitor work queues and intervene as necessary to maintain workflow efficiency. * Perform additional related duties as required and assigned. * Exhibit behaviors that reflect the organization's culture and values. Required Skills: * Strong understanding of mortgage and financial services. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. * Previous experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is highly desirable. Experience Level: * Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
