Summary of role
The Facilities Building and Lab Services Supervisor will work under the direction of the Campus Manager at Lantheus corporate headquarters in Bedford Massachusetts. The Bedford campus consists of two interconnected buildings that comprise the headquarters, labs, and additional satellite offices 1 mile away. The Facilities Building and Lab Services Supervisor will be responsible for operations, maintenance, administrative, lab and custodial services, as well as landlord relationship management. Reporting to the role are Administrative Assistants and Maintenance Technician(s). Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Responsible for visitor management and site security services. Ensuring a safe, friendly, and professional environment
- Shared responsibility for site services such as custodial, waste management, lab management, food & beverage, logistics, and mail
- Support upkeep and cleanliness of common and lab areas
- Assist in various aspects of EHS program, including but not limited to enforcing compliance (e.g., proper storage of chemicals, inventory management of supplies), emergency response and incident reporting
- Ensure liquid and solid waste is managed according to established procedures
- Responsible for Bedford building management ensuring "like new" condition of interior finishes and systems
- Supports overall occupancy program management and continuous improvement for Bedford site
- Manage all office operational interdependencies and functions, including badging and security access, delivery of support services, conference center and office services
- Support office events as required including client and business development events and charitable-related activities
- Coordinate with building occupants and service providers to ensure equipment/system maintenance and calibration is completed on time and without impact to ongoing operations
- Serve as point of contact with local property management working with building personnel and appropriate internal contacts
- Responsible for compliance with occupancy governance procedures
- Coordinate activities throughout the buildings to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assists in management of Bedford operating budget meeting KPIs and associated budget control expectations
- Maintain and update databases and records for financial information, security-access, personnel, and other data
- Responsible for CMMS role of Maintenance Supervisor
- Support office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
Basic Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience in Facilities/Lab Services/EHS organizational roles
- The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently on projects from start to finish and be able to work successfully in a dynamic atmosphere while managing a wide variety of professional and personal activities in a confidential and discreet manner
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong experience with CMMS, preferably Maximo
- Familiarity with CAD/CAFM systems, corporate security/badging systems, and database tools
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- BS Facilities Management, Engineering discipline, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent experience
- Role is site based in Bedford Massachusetts

- Familiarity with local, state, and federal codes and regulatory requirements
- Off-hours and weekend work as required to support business priorities
- Support of other sites as required, and bandwidth allows
