About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Intelligence Analyst to support the Air Force (AF/A2/A6) in assessing global Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) threats to Department of the Air Force (DAF) operations. This critical role directly supports AF/A4C, providing timely and accurate threat intelligence to inform critical policy and execution decisions. You will play a pivotal role in the DAF CBRN Reset efforts, ensuring threat intelligence directly supports program priorities. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on national security by shaping DAF's response to some of the most pressing global challenges. The role requires on-site presence and is not eligible for telework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intelligence analysis on global CBRN threats to DAF operations.
  • Support DAF CBRN Reset efforts to ensure priorities are aligned to threats.
  • Support DAF Civil Engineer (CE), Emergency Management (EM), Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD), and Mission Assurance (MA) governance bodies with current and relevant threat information ensuring DAF leaders are making informed policy and execution decisions.
  • Prepare briefings, BBPs, or other documentation in support of working groups, integrated product teams, and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements, programs, and issues.
Required Experience/Clearance
  • Minimum of 12 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance is required. (Specific clearance requirements may vary depending on the specific needs of the program and may be discussed during the interview process.)
Desired Experience
  • Experience working within the Department of the Air Force or other Department of Defense agencies.
  • Familiarity with CBRN threat assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of intelligence analytical methodologies and tradecraft.
  • Experience presenting complex information to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal).
