Job Summary
This position will apply functional knowledge, skills, and abilities from the educational program that are related to organizational and workplace settings, as well as individual development and management. The benefits added to the student's educational experience will be enhancing the ability to apply the theory and practice of individual behavior in the workplace and the psychological principles that can improve the overall work environment.
Essential Functions
Graduate Assistant will be responsible for the management and analysis of various datasets associated with Academic Honesty cases. The Graduate Assistant will be responsible for choosing and asking important research questions and implementing the appropriate analysis of the data and reporting results. In addition, the Graduate Assistant may also be responsible for facilitating conversations with campus partners about the use of data for an improved culture of academic integrity.
The Graduate Assistant must have excellent data management, measurement/psychometric and statistical analysis skills. The Graduate Assistant should be good at brief report writing and the visualization of datasets. LinkedIn Leaning for Power BI may be included in this position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Manage incoming Academic Honesty Facilitated Meeting data
  • Manage incoming Academic Honesty Committee Hearing data
  • Analyze and compare Facilitated Meeting and Committee Hearing data with multiple other data sources.
  • Report findings in both static and dashboard reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working towards a degree in measurement, assessment, statistics, or I/O Psychology
  • Prior experience working with various sets of data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Power BI
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand

Pay Rate $2250.00 Monthly
Work Hours Monday-Friday 20 hours/week
