Description
Starkey is looking to add a Custom Repair Technician II to it's team at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The custom repair technician is responsible for analyzing and repairing hearing aid products to meet dealer/customer specifications. Specific products to be repaired include, but not exclusive of these models: In the Ear (ITE or CE), In the Canal (ITC or CC) and Completely in the Canal (CIC or TY). This position will also help drive process and product improvements. Technicians will be required to be certified in analysis, wiring, case, cut/buff and final. Certified technicians have the opportunity to advance to the following positions: Custom Repair Tech 1, Customer Repair Tech II, Sr. Customer Repair Tech and Master Artist. Salary and Other Compensation: The target rate for this position is between $19.25 to $26.25 year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, hearing aid benefits, PTO, 6 paid holidays annually, 2 floater days annually, 1 volunteer service day annually, paid paternity leave, and tuition reimbursement.
