The Financial Analyst role is an entry level position that is responsible for developing financial models, analyzing financial data, and providing insight to support strategic decision-making.
. Essential Functions: Assist with developing and maintaining models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Analyze financial performance and variances, providing actionable insights to management. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and understand business drivers impacting financial performance. Assist with preparing reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting with 4 years' experience in financial analysis, budgeting/planning or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with 0-3 years' experience in financial analysis, budgeting/planning or equivalent. Preferred Additional Skills: * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong financial software skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment | |
