Job Summary |
The Auburn University Bookstore is excited to recruit students for our e-commerce team! These positions will assist the Marketing and Online Sales departments as needed.

Essential Functions |
- Accurately collect merchandise based on orders using item numbers and quantities.
- Charge out, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization.
- Coordinate with other departments to determine marketing needs.
- Write and schedule social media posts and email blasts on behalf of the Auburn University Bookstore.
- Photograph and edit lifestyle and product images for social media and the website.
- Shoot and edit video for social media and the website.
- Design, produce, and write effective copy for marketing collateral such as ads, social media graphics, the website, and in-store signage.
- Coordinate and work marketing events and promotions, including Camp War Eagle sessions.
- Field customer questions via email, phone, or social media.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student.
Expectations:
- Be available to work home football game days.
- Ability to lift boxes 30lbs or less.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Detail oriented
- Great work ethic
- Photography and videography experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Effective communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and style
