Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Our Product Managers are the drivers behind our continued growth and success. Those product managers with business analysis capabilities shine due to our commitment to innovation. It's our business strategy product managers who develop and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.

We are looking for someone committed to the discovery and development of innovative products in an ever-changing digital landscape.During the internship, you will gain experience with our Casualty Solutions products and learn how to do the following:

  • Create features for development, including a clear articulation of business value, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with engineering teams to groom features and ensure requirements are properly captured and understood, then validate that all requirements are met once delivered by engineering teams.
  • Interview Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems to ensure maximum usability.
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., development, architecture, support, compliance).
  • Create user persona workflows, business and technical requirement documentation for agile delivery teams.


Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Graduating between Summer 2025 and Summer 2026
  • Ability to commit 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer of 2025.
  • Valid work authorization in the U.S., without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • GPA 3.0+.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention and focus on detail.
  • Must be a quick learner with superior verbal and written communication and presentations skills.
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude and a passion for constant improvement

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in analytics and systems development capacity.
  • Experience generating process documentation and reports.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
  • Capabilities in project and user-testing management.
  • Experience with data visualization.
  • Technical and Use Case writing skills.
  • Preference for PST or CST time zone, but not required.
