We are searching for an accomplished and strategic Director of Growth Programs to join our Revenue Operations and Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for uniting and leading cross-functional growth teams toward shared company initiatives, ensuring program excellence, and driving business performance. You will work closely with the VP of Revenue Operations and Strategy, serving as a trusted partner to streamline execution, align teams, and ensure that every growth program directly influences field performance and overall company success. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional program leadership, and a passion for operational excellence to drive impactful outcomes across the organization.

To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working model. For those based near one of our hub locations in Chicago, South Bend or Boston, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.

Duties and Responsibilities

Growth Program Leadership & Alignment:

  • Unite growth teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments to drive alignment on company initiatives, ensuring everyone is working toward shared objectives and business outcomes.
  • Lead the execution of high-impact growth programs that bridge strategy with operational execution, ensuring seamless integration across teams and departments.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for growth initiatives, fostering collaboration and ensuring program goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

Program Excellence & Field Impact:

  • Drive program excellence by setting high standards for execution, ensuring that each program contributes to improving field performance and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Influence the performance of teams on the ground by ensuring that growth programs are designed to directly impact sales, customer retention, and operational effectiveness in the field.
  • Track and measure the impact of growth programs on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring programs lead to tangible results, such as revenue generation and market expansion.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted leader within the team, advocating for growth programs and ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute programs, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and the efficient allocation of resources.

Operational Efficiency & Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate risks that may affect program success, including resource constraints, delays, or misalignment between teams.
  • Streamline processes and introduce innovative tools, methodologies, and solutions to remove bottlenecks, enhance efficiency, and drive growth across the organization.

Change Management & Organizational Growth:

  • Lead the management of change initiatives related to growth programs, driving adoption and ensuring that teams are equipped to execute with excellence.
  • Foster an environment that supports organizational growth through strategic change, ensuring that programs evolve in alignment with shifting business priorities and market conditions.

Program Reporting & Insights:

  • Provide transparent and timely updates to the VP of Revenue Operations and Strategy, key stakeholders, and team members on the progress and impact of growth initiatives.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of growth programs, using insights to optimize strategy and execution, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience leading and managing strategic growth programs, with a strong track record of aligning cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
  • Exceptional ability to unite teams across various functions and ensure alignment on company initiatives, driving program excellence and field performance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence teams, manage stakeholders, and lead by example.
  • Experience in driving business outcomes through program management, with an emphasis on achieving measurable growth, operational improvements, and field performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration, articulate strategic vision, and build credibility with internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and measure program impact, analyze performance, and optimize outcomes.
  • Previous experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments, ideally within SaaS or other technology-driven organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

As a strategic leader with a deep passion for driving growth, you have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring program excellence. You have a track record of influencing business outcomes, improving field performance, and uniting teams around shared goals to deliver high-impact results.

In your current or previous roles, you have demonstrated the ability to take complex initiatives and bring them to life, aligning diverse teams to execute on strategic business objectives. Your leadership style is collaborative and transparent, and you have a proven ability to drive performance through program excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your experience in navigating change, optimizing processes, and aligning resources across the organization uniquely positions you to take on a leadership role where you can directly influence both strategic direction and operational execution. You are comfortable working with teams, breaking down silos, and ensuring that every program you lead has a direct impact on the company's success.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 - $160,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
