A collaborative and supportive work environment. Responsibilities Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for foot and ankle care? UnityPoint Clinic is seeking a skilled Specialty RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care to patients with a variety of foot and ankle conditions, supporting them through treatment and recovery in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the foot and ankle specialty, including pre-operative, post-operative, and general care. Assist with clinical assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans for foot and ankle conditions. Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients on procedures, recovery expectations, and preventive care for foot and ankle health. Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and post-surgical follow-up for patients recovering from foot and ankle surgeries. Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns with the clinical team. Collaborate with orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications** Current and unrestricted RN license in Iowa Experience in orthopedic nursing, specifically in foot and ankle care, preferred. Specialty certification in orthopedic nursing or related fields a plus. Strong clinical skills with experience in wound care and post-operative recovery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic care. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. #UPC123
