Field Service Dispatcher

Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games. Assigns drivers and vehicles to assigned destination. Provides updates to customers on delivery status. Tracks driver assignments and other data in a computer database.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required. Associate's degree desired.
• 1-3 years relevant working experience
• Candidates should possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility. No sponsorship is available for this position

Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Field Service Manager, performs the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned

• Track technician location n to determine most efficient trouble and installation assignment
• Analyze, evaluate, and report traffic and performance data.
• Provide technical support to customers and call center personnel
• Dispatch FST based on retailer service requests
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Provide field units with information about requests, traffic, obstacles and requirements
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

Security Requirements

Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State or District Lottery and Intralot, Inc. is a requirement of employment. A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.
