The dedicated team's mission is to support the client in delivering industry leading, experience-led events that drive commercial and reputational results. The Digital for Events team supports the mission by managing the event-tech stack, providing digital solutions for every stage of the event lifecycle. We're looking for an Event Technology Project Manager that has proven experience within the events industry leveraging technology to streamline planning and enhance attendee experiences. You will be a strategic partner to the client dedicated team of event managers, recommending best practices for event technology and executing on-site solutions with confidence. Key Responsibilities
- Project manage and execute mobile app builds, staying up to date on and implementing functionality enhancements (Cvent Attendee Hub mobile app)
- Execute on-site solutions including registration, badge printing, mobile app, logistics (updating appointments, travel details) and seating assignments
- Manage event analytics including post event feedback surveys and registration/event tech metrics
- Train users on our technology and maintain reference resources and documentation
- Special projects as needed including supporting the onboarding of any new technologies, custom integrations and solutions
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging event tech trends, share and implement new ideas to enhance capabilities
Experience & Qualifications

- 3+ years of related event management and/or event technology experience within a corporate environment including on-site experience
- Cvent knowledge and experience, Cvent certification preferred
- Excited by tech with a resourceful approach to learning new platforms and problem solving
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, make decisions confidently and anticipate needs of key stakeholders when supporting events on-site
- Pro-active, client centric, approachable demeanour, team player
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Ability balancing competing priorities when managing multiple projects
- Willingness to travel and be onsite when required (up to 50% during peak event periods)
