Office Location: 1917 S 67th Street, Omaha, NE 68106-2973 As a Functional ERP Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in understanding certain business processes that will help you enable configuration and support of the ERP systems. This will provide the opportunity of understanding how technology aligns with business operations. Primary Responsibilities In this role, you will: Collaborate with the ERP functional team to support and maintain Oracle EBS applications. Assist in gathering business requirements and participate in functional design discussions. Contribute to the configuration and setup of Oracle EBS modules based on business needs. Participate in system testing for ERP system changes and enhancements. Help create and update process documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Assist in conducting user training sessions for ERP modules and functionalities. Support end-users in resolving functional issues and inquiries related to the ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system. Learn and work with Oracle EBS modules, such as Finance, Human Resources, Projects, and Procurement. Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and best practices to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Basic understanding of ERP concepts and previous exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users. Quick learner and eagerness to learn about ERP systems and their role in supporting business processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. Prior experience or coursework in ERP, business process management, or data analysis is a bonus.
