JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Public Health Sciences, in Hershey, PA is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator. The position is within the Tobacco Center of Regulatory Science (TCORS), which seeks to better understand how physical design and chemical constituents of tobacco products affect the toxicity and addictiveness of a range of tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars and E-cigs. We are seeking a clinical research coordinator to assist with several ongoing clinical trials within this grant. Primary responsibilities will include:
This position will require in-person work at the College of Medicine (Monday-Friday). This is a limited-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience No prior relevant work experience required Equivalency An equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Experience in survey research preferred. The applicant will be expected to become familiar and work with REDCap database, Microsoft Office and TEAMS. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and excellent communication skills are essential for frequent interaction with research participants and staff at multiple locations.
