This team brings credibility to our client's financial picture, communicates information objectively and clearly, and provides insight to help clients improve their organizations. How you will contribute: * Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional staff * Reviewing detailed audit engagement procedures * Adequately identifying audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentation * Consistently identifying engagement and operating opportunities for improvement and providing timely solutions and consultation * Managing multiple concurrent engagements without disruption and within scheduled deadlines * Providing staff with timely performance feedback * Managing multiple client relationships, billings, and resource needs * Building personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities * Leading audit committee and board meeting presentations * Participating in speaking and article-writing opportunities * Completing required Continued Professional Education hours * Traveling to serve clients as necessary We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: * An aptitude to recruit and develop firm associates and team members * Team and engagement management skills * Innovative ideas to servicing clientele * Written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate to people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * An ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment to reach clear-set goals Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field * 7 years of relevant audit experience * CPA License * Experience managing multiple complex client engagements #LI-LRA, #LI-ROG #LI-HF1
