Scope of Work:

The primary purpose of this position is to track and schedule all aircraft maintenance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and mandatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and work closely with maintenance Manager to prepare and maintain calendar maintenance schedules
  • Analyzes aircraft requirements for applicable aircraft to ensure concurrent maintenance requirements can be planned, material requirements are identified, tooling is available and scheduled
  • Ensure that all the necessary Task Cards are included to undertake the job in accordance with the work scope
  • Verifies Work Package against work scope, Tally, Pre-draw lists, Task Cards, and any discrepancies; research Service Bulletin and ADs required; completes data and enters company's information system
  • Perform research of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) maintenance documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and safety.
  • Stays up to date and research Maintenance Planning Documents (MPDs) and other OEM/FAA requirements for relevant Task Cards and their inclusion based on work scope
  • Consult with IPC to ensure timely arrival and location of parts required to accomplish time limited maintenance
  • Conducts periodic audits of the technical documents for the respective tasks as the project progresses
  • Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by the program/company.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date logs and records, either electronically or in hard copy, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval. Prepares maintenance status reports for leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate coordinated efforts and promptly address any obstacles
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Consistently produces quality products and service.
  • Completes all training within required timeline.
  • Performs all work in a safe and secure manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Has had diversified maintenance experience on large aircraft with an Air Carrier, Commercial Operator or Certified Repair Station
  • Working knowledge with MPDs, technical procedural and OEM maintenance documentation
  • Large Aircraft Maintenance Planning
  • Boeing 737MPD and /or MSG3 Maintenance Programs
  • Proficient computer user with strong online research skills, experience using OEM portals, and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with a Maintenance Tracking Software (e.g., CAMP's)
  • A&P License preferred
  • Possesses strong written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with staff at all levels across departments, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of where to find relevant information
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Must be able to maintain ability to access worksite location to include various military installations and airports to meet customer operational requirements. Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) in a timely manner.
  • Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work alternate and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements of the customer to include weekends and holidays.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. The environmental characteristic for this position is an aircraft repair station. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional flight line/hangar environment.
