- Location: must live near a major airport in the western US

Lead Regional Cash Operations Across the US & Canada What You'll Do:
- Oversee cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity across multi-location operations
- Manage cash collection, disbursement, and reconciliation processes
- Enforce company-wide cash handling policies and safe audit procedures
- Train and support new location openings and cash room supervisors
- Partner with Accounting and Loss Prevention to resolve field issues and improve controls
- Lead process improvements and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with corporate treasury to align regional strategies with company goals
- Prepare and deliver cash flow analysis and reporting to leadership
- Travel 80% within the US and Canada with overnight stays
- Must meet airport security clearance requirements (TSA, FAA, Transport Canada, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in high-volume or multi-location environments; supervisory experience desirable
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with LynxBM required; MySSP, Hot Schedules, and Simphony preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong skills in communication, analysis, problem-solving, and leadership
- Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to confidentiality and detail with sound decision-making under pressure
- Must be eligible to work in the US and Canada and pass a criminal background check
