Job Description:

  • Overall experience of 10+ years
  • Understanding of building science, energy, embodied carbon calculations and carbon neutrality strategies for buildings
  • Envisioning the experience for EDGE applications with complex business and user needs
  • Connecting dots and bringing a cohesive experience across the application
  • Adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the construction, architecture, or engineering industries
  • Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications for building science projects
  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) tools and energy modeling software
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a plus
  • Building Science or Sustainable Building certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, WELL), a plus.
