Job Description ***This is a contractor role*** Summary The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner-Technical spearheads the acquisition of technical talent working closely with business partners and department leaders to fulfill the University's technical talent objectives. They are committed to consistently delivering a robust recruiting process, fostering strong relationships with department leaders, and understanding turnover factors, team dynamics, and talent trends to enhance the hiring experience. Serving as a peer leader, they act as subject matter expert, advancing the department's knowledge base and skills through targeted objectives. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field

- 2 years of experience recruiting and sourcing for niche, complex, and senior-level roles.
- Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday ATS and position management.
