This position offers hands-on experience in infrastructure environment support while developing skills in asset tracking and CAPEX management.

As part of our team, you'll gain exposure to a dynamic environment where adaptability is key-working on a variety of tasks and learning to navigate shifting priorities such as:



  • Assist with managing inventory for this site,f in terms of receiving Nokia equipment and asset tracking
  • Assist with building, configuration, and installation of Linux-based systems for deployment in a lab & data center type of environment

    • Unbox, rack, and stack, cable
    • Help with install and configuring Linux OS, as well as creating testbed files

  • Troubleshoot network, software, and user desktop environment issues


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience or internship in an IT environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory/asset management.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems and understanding of scripting (e.g., Shell scripts, Python, Ansible, Perl).
  • Some experience with virtual machines & containers (Docker, ProxMox, VMWare, VirtualBox).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of equipment.
