Job Overview
The SR Manager Lifecycle will be responsible for leading and developing a team dedicated to innovation and end-of-life SKU planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring team performance in lifecycle areas, conducting after-action reviews to assess portfolio performance, and performing data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities in the supply chain. The position supervises end-of-life planning and innovation processes, guiding decision-making regarding product introductions and deletions to maintain balance in obsolescence, customer service, and product freshness. The role also involves managing continuous improvement across supply chain and commercial processes, handling special project work, supporting supplier collaboration, and facilitating Sales and Operations Planning routines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team focused on supporting innovation and end of life SKU planning. Ensure performance and development while focusing on the key lifecycle areas: end of life planning and innovation.
- Design, lead, conduct, and coordinate an after-action review process for review of portfolio performance. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunities in the supply chain. Measure effectiveness of SKU performance and strategies or practices to improve outcomes.
- Supervise the end-of-life planning and innovation processes. Provide guidance and direction to decision making process for the introduction and deletion of products to ensure a balanced approach across obsolescence, customer service, and product freshness.
- Manages and coordinates continuous improvement across the supply chain and commercial process at Coca-Cola Consolidated. Project work such as reimbursement and tracking for extraordinary expenses that are not part of normal or everyday business. End- of-life SKU planning, support of the sensitive SKU meetings for obsolescence avoidance, and overall inventory balancing.
- Supports supplier collaboration with key vendors and brands partner such as Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit. Supports both internal and external Sales and Operations Planning and execution processes through monthly and weekly routines.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Demand forecast for consumer goods
- Sales and Operations Planning
- Significant data analysis experience and capability and a proven record of analytical and fact-based problem solving
- Experience with ERP/Planning Systems/Supply Chain/Procurement
- Strong written and presentation skills
- An ability to effectively communicate up and down various levels of an organization and develop key relationships across the operational functions of the organization
- Working cross functionally with various internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing
