About the Role Culmen International is pleased to announce an opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to take the lead on a Department of State Global Advisory IDIQ contract. This esteemed global program is designed to enhance international capacity building across a range of specialties in our key partner nations. What You'll Do in Your New Role The Program Manager will serve as the principal liaison for all matters concerning the contract and will be entrusted with the delivery of services under the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement. The Program Manager will ensure that project budgets, personnel, and activities adhere to the standards set by the Department of State and are in alignment with the requirements of both the IDIQ and Task Orders.
In fulfilling this role, the Program Manager will proactively address and communicate any challenges or concerns that may arise. They will engage collaboratively with a diverse array of stakeholders, including U.S. government agencies and offices, regional and multilateral officials, international donors, local leaders, academics, and non-governmental organizations, to identify and prioritize critical needs and opportunities for the program.
Required Qualifications Master's Degree or equivalent and at least (6) six years of progressively more complex experience in U.S. Government acquisitions
(government, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and/or private/vendor) program management experience
