The Manager, Patient Access- Estimation Operations & Analytics is responsible for overseeing a team with a focus on healthcare estimates, financial counseling, and process accuracy by using available financial counseling tools to achieve maximum reimbursement for patient services. Uses technical expertise to support estimate workflows, resolve errors and leverage EPIC tools and dashboards to drive operational efficiency and data-informed decision making. Leads a team in planning, implementing, and facilitating organizational change while using knowledge of coaching approaches, tools and techniques to improve individual performance and foster development. Leads project teams and implementing project plans, in accordance with established goals and measures. Additional Requirements Education - High School diploma or equivalent. Strongly Preferred Requirements Prior healthcare leadership experience Prior experience with authorization, healthcare estimates, and insurance estimates Prior experience in optimizing technology and streamline workflows Experience monitoring productivity, building dashboards, and using data to identify trends, errors, and performance thresholds EPIC and Slicer/Dicer experience |
