Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Java Full-Stack Developer with at least 10+ years' experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Location: Abbott Park - IL USA (Hybrid)

Roles/Responsibilities:

* Lead cross-functional teams

* Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

* Design and build UI components and API services.

* Make architectural decisions and create solution Architecture

* Oversee the development process

* contribute to all layers including data, UI, and backend development

* Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring no impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

* Expertise and experience of at least 10+ years in leading cross-functional teams delivering innovative solutions using leading technologies like Java, AWS and Python.

* Should be able make architectural decisions and create solution Architecture

* Should be able to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

* Must have strong technical knowledge on Java and AWS

* Good Communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337- $ 141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
