Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau Mongo DB and Apache Nifi. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our projects.

Responsibilities

* Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using Tableau

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices and industry standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.

* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support business decision-making.

* Ensure data integrity and security across all systems and applications.

* Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

* Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on project goals.

* Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

* Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data integration and visualization.

Qualifications

* * Possess strong expertise in Apache Nifi for data integration and workflow automation.

* Demonstrate extensive experience in managing and optimizing Mongo DB databases.

* Have a proven track record of developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

* Show strong leadership and mentorship abilities to guide and support team members.

* Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

* Have a solid understanding of data security and integrity best practices.

* Show experience in project planning and providing accurate development estimates.

Certifications Required

Certified Apache Nifi Developer Mongo DB Certified Developer Tableau Desktop Specialist

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
