Our Company The Adobe Firefly Applied Science & Machine Learning (ASML) group is looking for a Firefly model architect specialized in customizing our image and video GenAI models to solve creative marketing use cases and delight our enterprise customers. We are seeking experienced candidates with hands-on experience in visual generation model training (image and video generation and editing). We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in the GenAI research field, as evidenced by peer-reviewed academic publications. As a Firefly model architect, you will join an outstanding team of applied researchers and engineers in building the future of digital experiences. You will help set the long-term technical strategy and work across multiple applied research teams in different geographies to architect the GenAI solution pipeline for enterprise marketing workflows. You will be empowered to drive training data strategy, make architecture decisions, prioritize model training experiments, and architect the solution pipeline. You will have the opportunity to develop novel ideas to advance the creative marketing world through shipping features in Adobe's marketing products such as Firefly services, GenStudio, and beyond.
