Clinical Pharmacist-DAYS

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. This position offers virtual interviews and a competitive pay range of $114,400 to $158,080, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $15,000.

SHIFT: DAYS 8A-5P (Monday-Friday, with coverage required every 3rd weekend)

• Required:
  
  
  
  • Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • At least one (1) year of hospital clinical pharmacy experience
  • BLS certification
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
  • A.C.P.E. accredited I.V. Certification

  • Completion of PGY-1 residency in an acute care setting
  • Completion of an accredited residency in a hospital pharmacy (PGY1/PGY2)
  • BCOP (Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist), BCPS - Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist
