The Director of Powerplant MRO is responsible for overseeing all engine, module and piece part MRO activities at Chromalloy Material Solutions. This includes leading a team of powerplant managers, repair managers and associated demand planners. Success will be measured by achieving or beating targets and budgets for engine, module and piece part MRO cost, turnaround time, and quality. Piece Part Repair Management:
Requirements: Education: Minimum High School or GED plus a related technical certification such as FAA A&P license. Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years of demonstrated excellence managing engine and or part MRO activities at an MRO, operator or leasing company. Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success leading technical engine and/or repair teams. In shop management experience greatly preferred. Required Skills and Qualifications:
