This position coordinates the business and operational activities between multiple service areas of the Surgery Scheduling and Pre-Surgery Assessment department. Responsibilities include participation in operational improvements in surgery, administrative oversight of assigned department(s), and other duties as assigned.

• B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or other related field.
• Two (2) years experience in Healthcare.
• Must possess excellent analytical skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of network procedures and applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

PREFERRED:

• Prior leadership experience.
