Summary: Provides a variety of duties to support the departmental needs. Depending on the intern assignment, tasks can vary from laboratory to research assistance. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions: - Assists with in-person data collection. - Assists with research experiences. - Prepares for study visits including organizing paperwork, setting up equipment, and preparing study materials. - Assists with subject scheduling. - Assists with other research-related office tasks as needed. - Processes collected data. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required Experience: Prior experience in an office and/or research/laboratory setting 0-1 year preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through to complete tasks. Additionally, they will also need good telephone and computer skills to gather information and a strong capability for speaking with older adults.
