This position is a for a research assistant who will work under direct supervision of a Principal Investigator (Dr. Jonathan Zurawski, M.D.) in the Laboratory for Neuroimaging in the Brigham Multiple Sclerosis Center at Brigham & Women's Hospital. Our overarching goal is to use MRI to improve clinical-translational research endeavors at our MS Center and offer new insights into the disease.
Working under supervision from the Principal Investigator and in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures, the research assistant will conduct various MRI-based neuroimaging analyses for experiments with clearly established methodology. They may be responsible for the following activities: MRI imaging analyses using standard computer-based techniques; recruiting and evaluating patients for studies; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; and maintaining and updating data generated by the study. There will be opportunities for publication and presentation related to these analyses. The assistant may be asked to perform independent literature reviews in relationship to imaging and multiple sclerosis. Education: Primary Responsibilities:
