The Manager, Leave Management is a leader of the benefits team within the corporate Human Resources Group of Total Rewards and subject matter expert on all types of leaves and holds a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of leave programs within the organization. This position is responsible for interpreting standards in regulation and operating the end-to-end leave process (including return-to-work) and applicable policies for employees, the employee benefit procedures during an employee's LOA, escalations, and requests from HRBPs and/or the Third-Party Administrators. Leave plans and policies include, but are not limited to, Short Term Disability (STD), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Military (USERRA), Employer Sponsor paid and unpaid LOAs, Interactive Process for Accommodation requests and State Leave laws across the Company. This position is responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes / systems and may demonstrate innovative influence within LOA specific projects that has impact multiple departments including Workers Compensation.
