WHAT WE OFFER HR Partnering is a key interface between Covestro's business entities and corporate functions and the HR function. The selected incumbent will provide strategic advice, leadership and coordination on Human Resources issues to meet the objectives of the businesses within the United States. This includes dealing with such aspects as employee relations, performance management, succession planning, talent management, compensation, EEO, benefits, and recruiting. The position holder will lead the development of programs to meet the corporation's vision and leadership principles. The position ensures consistent application of corporate and subgroup policies, practices and procedures throughout Covestro's business and assigned client groups. The incumbent will provide HR support in order to attract, retain and motivate qualified employees to achieve the business objectives and ensure implementation and application of agreed upon HR policies.
