Position: Production Specialist - Automotive Parts Manufacturing Location: Bloomingdale, GA. Pay: $57k/yr. Qualifications: Familiarity with ADP timekeeping systems. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related field. Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating daily production schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet production goals. Monitor and report production progress, ensuring that any delays or issues are promptly addressed. Use ADP to assist with timekeeping, employee attendance, and payroll data, ensuring accurate records. Assist with the scheduling and coordination of shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels for production needs. Foster continuous learning, focusing on safety, quality, and process efficiency. Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to track production data, generate reports, and communicate across departments. Maintain and update production tracking documents, schedules, and inventory logs using Microsoft Excel. Assist the production team in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs. Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and safety protocols. Assist in preparing documentation for quality audits and regulatory compliance. Track production metrics, such as units produced, efficiency, and downtime, and generate regular performance reports.
