Position: Production Specialist - Automotive Parts Manufacturing
Location: Bloomingdale, GA.
Pay: $57k/yr.
Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with ADP timekeeping systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating daily production schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet production goals.
  • Monitor and report production progress, ensuring that any delays or issues are promptly addressed.
  • Use ADP to assist with timekeeping, employee attendance, and payroll data, ensuring accurate records.
  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels for production needs.
  • Foster continuous learning, focusing on safety, quality, and process efficiency.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to track production data, generate reports, and communicate across departments.
  • Maintain and update production tracking documents, schedules, and inventory logs using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist the production team in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
  • Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for quality audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Track production metrics, such as units produced, efficiency, and downtime, and generate regular performance reports.
  • Assist in analyzing production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
