Digital Patient Experience Intern
The Opportunity: Mass General Brigham Digital is seeking applicants for a ten-week internship program that begins on Monday, June 2d and runs through Friday, August 8th. This intern will contribute to a diverse team by providing support for projects and new initiatives. The intern will support project & program meetings and contribute to discussions. The intern will also have the opportunity to interact with business leaders across the Digital Patient Experience teams as well as the MGB enterprise. This intern will report to the Planning and Operations team in Digital Patient Experience. Duties may include: Provide project coordination support, including planning and tracking for assigned projects and initiatives Participate in internal process improvement activities Identify and implement ways to improve processes and systems Provide data analysis and database support on projects Attend and support meetings; create presentations, provide agendas and minutes, and contribute to discussion Support direct and indirect leadership on project needs and other administrative duties as requested.
