Intern - Digital Patient Experience Delivery Team

The Opportunity:
The Digital Intern, Digital Patient Experience (DPX) Delivery will report to the Senior Manager, DPX Delivery Projects. This role will work closely with program managers on the team to help implement digital technologies that contribute to improving the digital patient experience and executing the broader organizational strategy. The Digital Intern will learn and use standard methodology, tools, and documentation.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Digital Patient Experience team partners closely with various leaders in the organization to address key patient experience goals, including improving access to care, enabling digital self -service, improving engagement and unifying the overall experience as they enter our healthcare system.
The Digital intern will partner with a program manager to assist in current projects underway, including:
- Attending team meetings and assisting with meeting notes and capturing action items
-Updating project documentation based on decisions or updates
-Organizing project folders with updated documentation
-Helping with project planning as needed
-Providing input to presentations or status reports as needed
The Digital intern will learn about standard project methodologies and processes. The intern will gain a better understanding of some key business processes and workflows in which the technology will impact. There will be many opportunities to collaborate with other Digital teams as well.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

  • Currently enrolled in College courses related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be reliable and punctual.

  • Excellent management skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to take and follow direction.

  • Willingness to learn.

Schedule requirements:

  • This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025.

  • M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.

  • Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant

  • Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
