Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of staff who are either on-site or working from home. This individual will assist the Operations Manager with other duties such as evaluating the progress of the staff, maintaining employee records, quality assurance, vendor management, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Lead, supervise and develop operational teams.
  • Oversee and direct the daily activities of the staff.
  • Coordinate account inventories and report daily/weekly to the Department Manager
  • Monitor and communicate reporting of SLR's.
  • Prepare and conduct staff training/meetings.
  • Maintain time and attendance records for staff.
  • Problem-solve operational issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Assist with hiring.
  • Delegation and inspection of workflows.
  • Vendor management.
  • Work with client Management to ensure timeliness of deliverables.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required.
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers, staff, and clients.
  • Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Working knowledge of Personal Computers, Microsoft applications and time management platforms.
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
  • Project management and strong organizational skills a must.
