At Meijer, we're seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in safeguarding our stores and ensuring a culture of accountability.As an Asset Protection Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Market Asset Protection Manager and Store Leadership to support a culture of shrink prevention through operational excellence, theft controls and people development, along with a culture of safety with 200% accountability. Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of Asset Protection shrink prevention initiatives, company directives and safety efforts to maintain an open environment of integrity and excellence. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you'll be joining.
