Description

This role involves applying education, prevention, and coaching skills with industrial and/or tactical workers in various settings, including TCO facilities and client locations. Responsibilities include delivering health and fitness services, driving engagement, collaborating with HQ providers, presenting educational information, and supporting business development.

This is a full-time role supporting Health Quotient in Saint Louis Park. This is an outreach position, so the schedule will be variable and based on client needs.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions:



  • Serve as an expert in health and fitness for HQ clients, especially first responders and tactical athletes.
  • Deliver fitness instruction, programming, coaching, and educational presentations.
  • Incorporate early detection services and biometric feedback into coaching engagements.
  • Refer patients to physicians and specialists as needed.
  • Attend weekly HQ team meetings and contribute to team performance and business development.
  • Familiarize with the operating system (Traction) used by HQ.
  • Complete weekly tasks and quarterly projects, prioritizing individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with HQ leaders to develop and transition business, acquire new clients, and create new products and services.
  • Assess body mechanics, determine risk, and create mitigation plans for injury and illness.
  • Advise on first responder workplace injuries, prevention, and performance strategies.
  • Deliver programming and recommendations to clients promptly.
  • Develop relationships with TCO providers to grow awareness of HQ's work.
  • Support wellness screenings and biometric testing.
  • Contribute innovative solutions for products, services, and programming.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as completing forms, reports, and appointment notes.
  • Create a trusting environment for clients to engage with HQ.
  • Represent Infinite Health core values in all professional interactions.
  • Participate in continuing education and community outreach events.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • 3+ years in business development and sales experience.
  • 3+ years in coaching and educational services for tactical athletes.
  • Knowledge of OSHA Recordability and worker's compensation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
