Dispatch Coordinator Hybrid \| Sunday Remote, Monday-Thursday Onsite \| Langhorne, PA Vaco is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator for a hybrid role in Langhorne, PA. This position involves inbound/outbound call management, order entry, and dispatching trucks. Schedule Sunday: Remote Monday-Thursday: Onsite (Langhorne, PA) Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and provide issue resolution Assist agents and drivers in locating freight Enter orders into the operational system Provide fuel advances and additional advance requests Assist drivers with repair facility locations and directions Dispatch trip numbers and conduct daily check calls for ETA updates and issue resolution Support agents in both emergency and non-emergency situations Issue POs for inspections, repairs, and tires Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1+ years of dispatching experience required Experience with Class A trucks required 3+ years of experience in the transportation industry High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pivot between tasks throughout the day Strong relationship-building and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience handling freight for flatbeds, step decks, and dry vans Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations Apply today to join a fast-paced, high-impact team! Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco notes the salary range for the role as follows: $21-$25/hr .BOE The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
